We use cookies for several reasons. Some cookies are required for technical reasons in order for our authenticated platform to operate, and we refer to these as "essential" or "strictly necessary" cookies.
- Authentication & Security: We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you logged in to your clinic, therapist, or parent portal, prevent cross-site request forgery (CSRF), and maintain session integrity.
- Preferences: Remembering your UI preferences, such as dark/light mode or specific dashboard configurations.
- Analytics: Aggregate product and performance signals, so we can see which features are used and where the software is slow. Analytics are first-party only, processed through our own infrastructure; there is no third-party advertising or tracking pixel on this site, and session recording is disabled.
3. Types of Cookies We Use
Essential Cookies: These cannot be disabled. They include secure session tokens issued by our authentication servers.
Performance and Analytics Cookies: Used to measure aggregate traffic and detect errors. Within the authenticated app, audit logging is a compliance requirement rather than a cookie preference: it records who accessed which record, by internal identifier, and cannot be turned off.
